Airline, Aerospace Make Forbes Diversity List

US aviation/aerospace companies risk losing competitiveness without diversity and new immigration policies. Business leaders make strong case for expanding pipelines to those with criminal records. Trends in 2021 hiring provide insight into what global companies are doing including job seekers including companies not meeting DE&I goals. It also shows diverse employees are leaving to start their own companies after treatment by former employers.
