Analysis: We Are Looking at DEI All Wrong
Diversity is not about race. It’s about including everyone, not matter their difference because it puts all employees on an even playing field.
Ivon Aheart: When people understand how many people are actually affected by these programs, they realize their importance. We are not just talking about black and brown people.
